A competent professional possessing approx. 7.0 Year experience as a Web Analytics & Social Media Platform Lead for a leading telecom company and SEO SEM Specialist (Websites & WebPages) with great efficiency and productivity.

Web Analytics:
·        Supporting the analytical needs of business unit by using click stream tools like WebTrends, Site Catalyst (Omniture), and Google analytics to analyze web traffic.
·         Configuration of Site Catalyst through Admin Panel and manage  tagging in website
·        Generating Interactive Dashboards & Reports using WebTrends Analytics 9 (On-demand), Adobe Site Catalyst and Google Analytics which gives a rapid understanding of business performance by tracking the critical business data
·         Search Analysis, Clickstream Analysis, Social Media Campaign Analysis and Online Survey Analysis (Opinion Labs)
·         Determining goals and KPIs of campaigns and digital assets.
·    Automation of various Business level and Executive level reports by importing external data (WebTrends Database - SQL Server) in MS Excel format with the help of “ODBC WebTrends driver”, “MS Query” and Excel Macros.
·      Presenting and Designing data Using excel and dynamic Charts such as combo boxes sliders in dashboards.
·         Managing and creating Facebook accounts, pages and groups region wise as well as product wise across the globe.
·    Providing Social Analytics and Sentiment Analytics Dashboard to track their social media campaigns and its performance.

Monitoring a team of WebTrends Resources and providing training sessions. I am engaged in some iGATE internal projects which deal Yahoo Web Analytics and Google Analytics.

Keyword Research: Researching the best keywords using tool as Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, Google Adwords Keyword Tool (sktool) etc., with less competition and high search volume for high Search Ranking of website.

Keyword Analysis: WebTrends and Google Analytics for better results, from where visitors are coming to our site and why they are going back (bounce rate) and how we can stay them at our site.

On-Page Optimization: Meta Tags, Content optimization, Code optimization, Alt Tag optimization, Title Tag optimization and Hyperlinked Tag optimization.
